phone + E-mail

Telephone and e-mail consultations are billed monthly in 15-minute intervals. Minimum charge is $33.75. Terms are Net 15.

Onsite Service

Onsite Apple Macintosh (Mac) computer consulting services for individuals are paid at the end of each appointment via cash or check. A receipt for paid services is e-mailed via PDF. Corporations are billed monthly. An invoice for services is e-mailed via PDF. Terms are Net 15.

There is a $65 trip fee for all onsite service within the Twin Cities metro area. Actual driving time will be billed at $65/hour for service calls outside of the Minneapolis - St. Paul, Minnesota area. Clients may also bring their Apple computer for service to our office in Como Park in St. Paul.

File recovery is billed by the attempt to recover, whether or not the attempt is successful. The charge for a file recovery attempt is $135/hour. If the file recovery attempt goes beyond one hour, the recovery is billed at $135/hour.
